"words cut deeper than sword"

Im in no mood today. i have experience the above and also do it to others. maybe i just dont know how to talk. some people might interpret it differently. to most people who knows me... im actually a quiet person and so is my family. my words hav hurt people. not once... but few times... not 1 person but to few... the feeling is very painful... direct to the heart. you want to cry... but u cant.. u want to shout u cant.. the pain kept building up n u feel like you are going to hav a heart attack.

wat i want to express and wat im blurt out might not b the same. Parallel run is not practiced in this case. wat is done is done... "sorry" doesnt provide u a u-turn. "love/friendship" doesnt giv u any advantage. actually im a very sensitive person . not much people know that. when people say something hurtful it went directly to my heart. might not show it. i might also return u with a smile.

its a very hard day to go through today, especially with too much work n also the pain in the chest. reason to post this is to remind myself not to simply talk anymore as words cut deeper than sword!

Suki had recommend me a job at her place. I cant deny the fact that Im so much into it. I tried to keep myself from not thinking too much. But still I think. The benefits are too much to bear with. I tot with frens recommend me over there, the chances are higher. With all the benefits... bonuses, activities, OT claims, phone lines... hmm... its way much better that what Im having now..

Met Gary yesterday. We have a long talk about our work. Kena brain wash from him. Kanasai! The fact is I din waste my 3 hours there. Things that he said really makes me stumbled and out of words. I was complaining about my job most of out talk.... he just strike at the right moment.. make me totally understand the word MANAGEMENT. Ive bet.. thats the quality that Im lack off. Making IT as a profitable department.... hmmm sounds impossble... ive been thinking all night... what he said its true in all ways... By complaining wont solve any problem... By talking wont solve any problem... and the same result if you just kept it to urself. Prove your FACTS!!! Prove to the company that what you do actually helps the company save, sum it up & present to the board.

Am I being a very bad at my management skills? Am I a good manager? Am i being exposed to managerial skills? Do I know what do a manager have to do actually? Ah Bi said... "You cant even manage yourself! How to manage a department?" Well... Im good at Soccermanager... hahahahahha! Guess Im only good in things that I like.... Regarding the MSN usage it’s the management’s decision. You have to understand that I have no rights in making any decision and you can ask Ms C for clarification. Every request must be approved by head of department and then by Ms T or Ms A or MD. H drive is practically the place for you to store only files and not programs. We have found out that there are people who are using MSN messenger’s program are pointing to your H drive. That is why I’m just asking whether you asked them to install or not? If you didn’t know anything then it’s OK and I trust you. I asked you because I’m just wondering how they know about the program that you have in your H drive. Anyway please proceed to delete the MSN folder from your H drive and also uninstall the MSN please. If you happen to come across staffs that are using MSN without approval, please give me a list. I will then check with my approved list to make sure they are authorized to use it. If they are really not authorized then I will give them the same reminder I gave you before.

Mr S: Thanks for you explanation! Just to clarify, Firstly maybe some know I have download msn and they search to my share folder, so how do I know what happened? Secondly, of cause I won’t straight tell you who is using MSN messenger or Yahoo messenger, I don’t want caught in any trouble between colleagues. If you want to be FAIR and wont create any unnecessary CONFLICT, you can check all of them at the floor here.
Thirdly, I have follow what you said, go and get approval, Ms C was signed in front of me, and Ms T I have explain to her as well and she also verbally agreed to me. But end up you told me withheld. I know you got no right to make decision, I just wonder why I have done all necessary procedure, but don’t know the reason for withheld, cause I can straight ask Ms T in the case, that’s why before I ask Ms T, I ask you first.

I have already done some checking and compare with my approval list and so far those unauthorized ones I have already send them a reminder letter. We just want know what is the main reason only, and of cause I knew the decision is not from your side. That’s why I ask you so many question, cause every time you just answer me “I don’t know much, this is management decision”, so how do I find out the source of the problem? I hope you can understand and think different way from the question people asked, not digest the meaning from the question surface, I do not means you purposely delay, and I believe you professionalism. I just want to know where is goes wrong, that’s simple rite? Just now you have verbally explained to me, so I knew where goes wrong, I can sort it, instead of you answer “I don’t know much, this is management decision”. So please understand it, I don’t want create any conflict with you cause we are work under one roof, we have a lot of chance work together in next future, thanks!

WHO AM I?

im feeling very low these few days. i dont have energy. not enough sleep because of WORLD CUP, never ending WORK, weekends of MCSA. i just cant get the hold of myself. i cant think properly. i dont know wat to do. i dont have appetite. i dont know who i am.

recently my promotion have been delayed. they said i dont have manager quality. what is manager quality then? can somebody tell me? i know im not up to a standard of a manager, but i do wish the company to recognise my contribution to them (i was just hoping to jump to a senior position). i felt like theres no connection between myself n my company. is time for me to move on? or should i wait? is there a better job out there?

i have been thinking should i change my line? sales? it engineer? then y in the first place i took MCSA for? with 2 more months to go and less than 2 weeks for my first exam should i regret taking it? what is the value of RM 3,700?
